Planning Permission? No Problem.

Most bespoke garden rooms fall under permitted development, but for larger or specialist builds, planning may be required. Urban Spaces offers a full planning application service, managing the process from start to approval, so you don’t have to lift a finger. In most cases, a Certificate of Lawfulness is all that is required for a large garden room or Annex and can be obtained in as little as 6 weeks.
